If your net worth exceeds $25 million and your balance sheet includes or will include significant liquid assets, you may want to engage with our multi-family office (“MFO”). This office manages complexity by being your family "CFO" and gatekeeper.
Every relationship is different. As a result, not every relationship will require all the MFO services we offer. When appropriate, we will have a conversation about your needs and customize a solution for your family.

In collaboration with your accountant and estate planning lawyer, we prepare the paperwork and coordinate titling issues in order to transfer your assets. Ownership can get complicated, especially when navigating a liquidity event or prenuptial agreement. We ensure joint and separate property remain as such.
For cash investments, we phase in your investments over a certain period of time for dollar-cost averaging. If your assets are already invested, we can transfer those assets and analyze the unrealized gain or loss in order to develop a plan. No matter your situation, we will help you decide the best course of action.
We craft a distinct investment strategy to meet your goals and risk tolerance. We don’t time the markets and we consider a variety of factors to construct your portfolio.
Coordinating planning strategies with your accountant and estate planning lawyer typically involves discussions among your team of professionals followed by discussions with you. We work to ensure everyone stays focused until completion.
Maybe you decide to retire earlier than expected. Maybe you discover a new, compelling investment opportunity. Maybe your risk tolerance shifts or tax laws change.
Your plan is based on variable factors. If your facts or assumptions change, we will work with you to realign your financial plan with your goals by re-engaging in our four-step process.
We recommend meeting with you at least once per year to review your long-term plan and quarterly to discuss your investment performance, which we summarize in quarterly reports.

Audrey Dalsass is an Associate Investment Manager at Olympus Wealth Management. She assists in managing and preserving wealth for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with a focus on investment management.
Ms. Dalsass graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Utah with a degree in Finance as part of their nationally ranked business school. During her time at the University of Utah, Audrey was involved in various programs including the Student Investment Fund, Business Scholars, and Women in Finance, and was admitted into the Beehive Honor Society.
In her free time, Ms. Dalsass enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, and baking.

Carol Lens is a Wealth Advisor at Olympus Wealth Management. She comes to Olympus Wealth Management with over 14 years of experience as a trusted advisor in the financial services industry.
Her focus over the years has been on helping her clients reach their goals through customized financial plans tied to a disciplined wealth management program. She has collaborated over the years with her clients and their advisory teams to develop an integrated approach, incorporating their values, investment portfolios, thoughtful estate planning and family dynamics to guide the decision making and ongoing review process.
Prior to joining Olympus Wealth Management, she was a Private Client Advisor with JP Morgan, where an unwavering commitment to serving her clients’ bests interests laid the foundation for a relationship built on trust and respect. She is a CFP® practitioner and committed to providing highly personalized one-on-one service and helping her clients with all aspects of their financial life.
Although a California transplant and graduate of the University of Southern California with a Business degree, she is proud to call Utah home. Having grown up in Nashville, Tennessee, she is a classically trained pianist with a College Preparatory Certificate from Vanderbilt University’s Blair School of Music. Mr. Mather began his career with J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Seattle, WA. He worked with managing directors and nationwide subject-matter experts to provide investment, planning, banking, and credit solutions for individuals, families, and foundations.
Mr. Mather graduated Cum Laude from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Business with a degree in strategic management. He is currently working towards the CFP® designation through Boston University.
Mr. Mather loves the outdoors—particularly time at a family cabin near Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. He enjoys experiencing other cultures and likes to entertain guests. He is also passionate about the arts, aviation, and all things automotive.

Prior to joining Olympus Wealth Management, Mr. Morgan worked as an estate and tax planning attorney at Hale and Wood, LLP, one of Utah’s premier estate and tax planning boutique law firms. While at Hale and Wood, he focused on complex estate and business planning, trust and estate administration, charitable giving, and gift, estate, and state and local tax planning for individuals and businesses. In addition, Trent worked at KPMG in Seattle and Salt Lake City where he was a Tax Manager advising multinational corporations on state and local indirect tax matters.
Trent enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He also enjoys skiing, golfing, playing pickleball, and both playing and watching soccer.

Ali Rigby is a Client Service Senior Associate at Olympus Wealth Management. She strives to provide an exceptional client experience by building strong relationships. Ali’s 14 years of experience in the financial industry have taught her the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when servicing high-net-worth clientele. Prior to joining Olympus Wealth Management, Ali began her career at Zions Bank in their Private Client Services division in 2007. Afterwards, she joined The Insight Group where she worked for 10 years with a variety of responsibilities such as compliance, financial planning assistant, accounting, office manager and retirement planning associate.
Ali earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Utah and holds her CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist) designation. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, live music, the Utah Jazz, church service, and spending time with her family. She currently lives in Salt Lake City.

Valerie Tanner is a Client Service Manager at Olympus Wealth Management. Her focus is to develop strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience. Valerie’s job encompasses many responsibilities, including project manager, trainer and ensuring that team members have the tools they need to do their job effectively. Valerie brings a strong background in customer service and operational support, with over 14 years in the financial industry. Prior to joining Olympus Wealth Management, she began her career in 2005 at Morgan Stanley servicing high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients as well as the President’s and Chairman’s Club advisors and their teams. She later transitioned into a management role at the firm and spent 4 years overseeing back end operations and client services. She also served as a Relationship Manager at Addepar, helping RIA firms transition their clients onto the Addepar platform.
Valerie earned her Associates Degree from the University of Phoenix. Outside of work, Valerie enjoys family, friends, live music, church and anything outdoors. She currently lives in South Jordan, Utah with her children and pets.

Landon Thompson is an investment manager at Olympus Wealth Management. He manages and preserves wealth for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Mr. Thompson is actively involved with constructing asset allocations, managing portfolios, manager selection, and due diligence across both liquid and illiquid investments.
Mr. Thompson has over 5 years of experience serving wealthy families at Olympus Wealth Management and previously worked as an associate investment manager, analyst, and intern at the firm. He has gained exposure to many areas of investments and wealth management throughout his time at the firm.
Mr. Thompson graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business with degrees in finance and Portuguese. Mr. Thompson was also a member of the BYU Finance Society Private Banking Club.

Prior to joining Olympus Wealth Management, Mr. Stagg worked as an Investment Consultant at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he assisted clients with account opening, investment education, and tailored financial solutions. This experience helped him gain valuable insights into client needs and investment processes.
Mr. Stagg holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Utah State University's Huntsman School of Business. He is currently working toward his CFP® designation, expanding his expertise to offer more comprehensive financial planning services to clients.
